This song is about slowing down and being mindful of what we allow to bombard our lives. ESPECIALLY around the Christmas season... It's unbelievably stressful and I hope you don't have that upon your shoulders. The Hope is that you breathe and stay still at many moments this season, and hopefully you'll be reminded of all the good there is in this world, even in the darkness... Hold on to those things!
